REFUND POLICY
We have a 5 day refund policy. If it has been more than 5 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your coupon must not have been redeemed by you or anyone with access to your account.
Non-refundable items include:
Coupon Codes used for online purchases with our merchants. Get Frugaled LLC cannot verify that an online coupon code has not been transferred nor can we verify that you have or have not used it. Any circumstances that arise with an online coupon code will be directed towards the merchant where the code is to be used.
Refund Provisions
To complete your refund, we require written notice (may be satisfied by email) with an explanation for the desired refund. We reserve the right to deny any refund. While Get Frugaled LLC is committed to a high level of customer satisfaction please understand that you are responsible for your purchases and all activity under your account.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact a representative from your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
